I can see my foot rotting and no one else can

I can feel jt like pyschically feel the craters in my feet I can feel the rot on it and no else can I screamed rhe first time I saw it my mum asked what was wrong and I said my fooy she said it looked sprained and that was it but it’s rotting the skin is cratering
