Either water retention, shit bones, you arent as lean as you think or your skin didnt catch up. On the last one, if you lost a lot of weight and especially if u did it was your skin didnt have time to catch up and will take a while. You are not at your peak after u have just lost weight. You are at your peak after maintaining it for 4-12 weeks
