Anyone else struggling with this or has in the past?
Whenever i do feel happy, my mind starts thinking of all the negatives of my life recently and in the future. All of my suffering comes from my head but i just cant stop it.

I cant just believe something because i am desperate or emotional, i just see religion as something people use for comfort but honestly idk if its real or man made. That goes for a lot of stuff.

I do agree I don’t encourage someone choosing religion out of emotional vulnerability either .
My belief system comes from logical coherence and years of study .
