I cannot gymmax with free weights because I am scared of mirrors

I cannot look at any reflective surfaces because I am scared of seeing my ugly mug and ruining my mood for whole weeks.

I've been avoiding any other mirrors for past year except for my bathroom mirror. In my gym there are tons of mirrors in free weight section and I am unable to train there because I am scared of seeing myself so much in that lighting. That's why I train on machines only which aren't so bad though.

I cannot function normally anymore, I cannot even buy clothes normally because fitting room mirrors are suicidal inducing.

I am also absolutely unable to take a picture of myself, I look like abomination in those and I promised to myself that I will never take a selfie in my life.

Is there a chance honestly? Should I just rope is this going too far?
