I cannot progress anymore

I’m 16 and my looks have came to a halt, what is very concerning due to what I do to look better, it could be accutane and water retention I get from that but i generally just can’t progress, is it a case of wait for money to cycle aqua , or do I wait it out untill I’m 18 while doing the smaller things
