physical beatdown means nothing. i got that maaaany times in the military especially during prisoner simulation. one day, some guys with masks come in the chamber, put bags in our heads, take our clthes and then beat the shit out of us till we reveal information.
but that stuff was a joke, sure its hard, but you can get trhogh it if u want and then its like nothing ever happend. but emotional beatdown is far worse because its completely incorporeal, you cant fight back, you cant do shit. it damages you soul directly. soul doesnt heal sadly cuz there isnt a mechanism for that.
