I have generalized anxiety disorder and insomnia. Makes it really hard to sleep without medicine. At college, I used to wander around town at like 3 AM

I’ve been taking harder shit than melanin for the past three years.

relatable. got way too tolerant to ambien, so now i need like 50 mg to feel anything.

the key is to wake up early and not sleep in the afternoon.

I now drink wine to fall asleep easier, but it worsens the quality of your sleep (shorter REM phase, I think), so it's not a good solution.

melatonin is a joke.
