I get why you'd be annoyed by them but I understand the oldcels coping with their identity on here, they can't/don't want to have surgery either due to finances or because they don't want their image/relationship with their family members to be ruined. And by the time they harbor the finances for their surgery, then have the surgery AND then recover from it, it would be practically useless by then.

The only way they can get the finances early on is by wagemaxxing during their teenage years where they most likely didn't know about looksmaxxing or any surgeries for that matter or they harbor their money illegally risking jail time.
