ig you could say anti ageing so that u canextend the period u r alive for, but u need big money to start investing into research of new anti ageing techniques

so far afaik there isnt any anti ageing, just things that can extend ur life, like sleeping long and well, not smoking, good diet, being active, but slowing down and reversing ageing not possible
