The exams are coming and i cant study shit. And if i don't study, I'll get cooked to oblivion. I can't bring myself to studying and it can't go like this. What should i do?

quit short form media, do a quick dopamine neglectance(like staring at a wall for a short while), (which I essentially got from someone else and it works) would essentially make studying fun because that would be a good source of dopamine at the moment. This is a quick method that works for me if you can't get your hands on methlyamph or dextroamph or you dont have any dopaminergic nootropics on the go. My advice for you is use what you can get your hands on at the moment for the tests (psilocybin, caffeine, nicotine, shit maybe even cardio) and then work on long term habit building for your brain so it studying can actually be motivating and enjoyable.
