i cant handle the fiber
i start to fart like crazy even from such a small foods like banana
meanwhile i can eat 1kg of meat and feel good
i already adapted to steaks, at first it was hard but now i eat 2 big steaks a day
meanwhile veganism, i could never adapt to it. im farting like crazy and my stomach hurts from it, i tried many variations as a teen and decided to try it out again and got reminded of how brutal it is to me and my body
i still have to thank veganism because it cured almost all of my skin issues back in the day
