It terrifies me when people say most people don't have self awareness and are on autopilot, I don't believe it at all tbh it feels lonely and sad

If its true its really weird, I'm not fully nt but I like to think I just have trust issues and traumas that don't let me be myself 100% like normies but we are the same just not traumatised, now thinking about them not be self aware about who they are like they just act on instinct with no internal monologue? This can't be true, I believe some might be but not the majority
