maybe i can understand it in case those unfortunate souls who are really genetically predisposed to be fat their entire lives, and even try hard to lose weight, but without results

in case of everyone else, it's absurd. i'd love it if people were communicating with me by exclusively using fat jokes or subtle jabs, and rubbing my obesity into my face whenever they see me, even if they are complete strangers. at least that could motivate me to stop being a gluttonous failure

the point is you can fix it, plus what jason said, so i see no benefit in anyone telling me it's normal or even positive. it's only gonna make me more complacent at best
