I can't believe that there are people who are lactose intolerant

Dairy is an amazing food group. I can't see a world where I don't eat dairy for every meal.

Cheese, adding milk and butter to my eggs. Milk and Greek yoghurt as a snack etc.

Yeah most Chinese people here don't eat alot of dairy

They also only drink those milks that come in plastic bottles ( tastes like rancid water )

i get diarrhea if i consume to much milk (maybe because it's from a shop)
there's no problem if i eat butter though

When I get fresh milk from my grandmother's farm :

1) You can literally smell the cow on the milk
2) It's creamy and thick
3) Healthy fatty frothing if you let it sit

When I get non fresh milk from the store :

1) Tastes watered down
2) No strong smell

Not sure, she's part of a rural farming village. She gets the milk from someone else who manages the cows.

My grandmother does durians and chickens mostly. Free range
