There's literally nothing wrong with not believing in God and recognizing the importance of religion in keeping men and women in check.

I'm not a Christian, but you need to understand how important it is for the girlfriend. That loyal, marriage material woman that men are so desperate for IS almost always raised in christian belief based culture. Atheist girls are not reliable for the long run, you're not going to find any non-degenerate atheist girl.

Everything has a point. The main point is always testing and for the rest we'll know later.
So you may ask how?
BABIES because they haven't reached age of reason, and have an inherently good prime nature - as all of us at birth, because God is justice and Good - will go to heaven without test.
But why don't they survive?
One of the main reason is for test those who are around them : Will you continue to act good after having beeing taken away what you like a lot in life, will you refer to God more or no? This is to show your sincerity, and God loves those who are steadfast and sinceer more than anything, like Job, even after having lost everything, they refer to him, because he's Almighty and only from him can come happinness, because whatever he does technically he has all rights, and we nothing. Yet, despite all this, he REFUSED injustice to himself and others, so, if this happens there is always a reason.
For the rest of the reasons we'll learn in the Day.
Don't you know the story of prophet Moses with the Man of God, where Moses is shocked that his actions in the short term looks totally injust but then understand when he explains him how in the long run it's the best?
We can't see the future not even really understand the present, let's NOT be this BOLD and ARROGANT please.
In fact the fate of those babies is arguably better than ours.

Science is indeed a religion, but it doesn't answer the Why nor can it. And it will never EVEN explain the HOW perfectly, because as says Popper, science won't ever be able to reach the truth in the How due to its limits.
But then again, it's not contradictory : Science is about a different plane of existence, while faith is about salvation mainly. Never meant to contradict each other, in fact they'r complementary.
