I can’t breath through my nose

During the day I can do it with no problem but when I go to sleep it’s like my nose stuffed, and even when I lay down and can breath through my nose, when I wake up I realize I was breathing through my mouth all night, what can I do ?

Try to find out if you have any inflammatory foods in your diet. Once you find out what food gets you inflammed eliminate it from your diet completely and never consume it again. For me it's milk and wheat, I get easily inflamed by these two and afterwards I cannot breath through my nose for like 5 hours.
