my nose isnt stuffed and yet i still end up mouth breathing for some reason

i heard nose strips are meant to help but i cba to buy them tbh

my nose isnt stuffed and yet i still end up mouth breathing for some reason

try taping your mouth at night when sleeping, if possible with surgical tape. if taped right, it's pretty hard to end up mouth breathing and it's really useful because you can't force yourself to use your nose when sleeping.
