mk677 and the side effect of having a shortness of breath

this is my first time on mk677 i took 800mg of ashwagandha 1mg of melatonin and 10mg of mk677 took them on an empty stomach at night right before sleep after around 20-30 minutes it kicks in hard the shortness of breath was something else when i fell asleep and woke up first thing that i thought about is eating and also my shortness of breath, let me know if you guys that take mk677 also have experienced shortness of breath and anxiety, after i woke up and got on my pc i started googling about mk677 causing shortness of breath and apparently it's an uncommon side effect

TIP: introduce only one drug at a time to know if it is the cause of the side effect
