Need to do this shit and ryaltris every night to fall asleep, just to never wake up fully energized. My nose is stuffed most times during the day anyway


Might look into getting some cbct scan or some shit done. I also have a slight overbite/deep bite and a flat jaw brutal

Anyone have advice? Would appreciate

I also have rhitis pretty horrible, also your doctor about omnaris helps with sleep alot.

Omnaris is a nasal spray right? The ent gave me two different nasal sprays i tried for like 8 months, didnt make a difference in my breathing
He also made me do allergy test i didnt have any

Yeah man, I think a lot of us are just recessed so we dont have enough skeletal space for proper airflow

Correct. Begins at birth honestly, you need to be breastfed if you want good development not with plastic bottles which causes narrow pallete
