it's less about the raw height and more about proportions and frame imo. ur jawline actually looks decent, that's carrying a lot. ur midface length might be the biggest drag here, but tbh it's not extreme. shoes are a band-aid, focus on posture and maybe a better haircut to add some perceived height.
