I had a brutal descent, and thinking back that there was a time when everything was easy for me makes me empty.
I don't think I will be able to get back to those levels, but at least I would like to stabilize at an acceptable range. Memoirs comfort up to a point.

I am tottering on a rope and sometimes consider letting go of the void. Of course, it is not a choice I take to make at the moment.
