i sleep 4 hours a day and wake up with stomach pain and feeling like throwing up

nothing can help me and i dont want to die yet, but im FORCED TO. FUCK what else am i supposed to do. life is a fucking nightmare. i am tired

i dont watch movies, i dont play video games, i dont listen to music or watch stuff, i barely eat

i dont like anything. i want to go back to being healthy and functional
