Wtf I literally have to throw the weight up like fuck my form to lift it.

How do I build wrist strength.

Uneventful day at the gym ngl had no energy.

And you should be doing Mike mentzer reps if you're throwing anything you fucked up already

Slow reps

And when you do slow reps nobody is gonna judge you for curling 15s

And to gain strength on forearms specifically, wrist Curls of course

But hand grippers, and hand extenders are valid too

Extension is a completely overlooked part of Forearm training

I can show pics in a bit as to why it's so important to use finger extenders, nothing else will hit that muscle

Abductor is in reference to retraction, extensor is in reference to extension

Every single one of those will develop muscle growth from repeated trained extension, is literally half of your Forearm capacity to extend instead of hold

Now this is won't help you at all because it's extension but I was bored
