So basically i have barely any upper teeth exposure when smiling and it looks so subhuman i swear to god. Im decent looking guy before i smile. Whenever i talk i also show no upper teeth but its fine i think.
Main issue is me lacking upper teeth show when smiling.
This is all because my extremely short Alveolar Process of the maxilla, I have ct scans.
I plan to get Jaw surgery or orthodontic teeth extrusion as an unit, causing alveolar bone to lengthen, went to 6 -7 orthos so far and nobody will do this but its possible.
I might be able to do this in the US because few orthos have already done this, however as we all know getting this work done in US, Las vegas is extremely expensive, might even be more expensive than jaw surgery that I plan on in russia, not sure tho.
