Last year I benched 185x6 and was only doing 130lbs on pec dec

I stopped benching and do 205lbs on pec Dec now and I failed 185 yesterday I fucking hate neural adaptations

I’m gearing up for 70kg bench by June, I need to start actually going to the gym. 😓
