I can't fall asleep on my back (especially on a pillow)

When I lay on my back with a pillow, I'm always uncomfortable + the back of my head gets too warm from my hair (i have medium/short hair)

any tips? i have trouble falling asleep already recently but i basically can't sleep unless im sleeping on my side (which isn't the end of the world)
