I can't feel any pleasure or motivation

I'm fucking tired of rotting. Forums, pornography and video games have fucked my brain beyond repair. should i try the "dopamine fasting"? i really want to be productive, but i just simply can't. Now, i have the attention span of a dog with down syndrome. Anyone here has been able to get out of this situation? If I continue like this, I will never ascend.
