Am I really missing out, what can i do instead?

i could find one but it will take time, the question is if i could try anything else till then, and if im really missing out
i mean in terms of what? raw dairy isnt gonna acend overnight, its just nutrient and healthy bacteria dense

the fact that theyre upcharging the fuck outta a product that hasnt even been processed, theyre molesting yalls wallets lmao
If you find a good quality source and become friends with them they won't upcharge you as much (I can speak from experience)

plus, you are getting rid of most of the benefits whenever you "process" it using 160+ degree heat.

Yes he should. What is so bad about raw milk?
Raw milk can carry E. coli, Salmonella, Listeria, and other bacteria that pasteurization kills. Even clean farms can’t fully prevent contamination because bacteria can come from the animal itself or during handling.

The “benefits” people claim from raw milk haven’t really been proven, while the infection risks are well documented

If you read this you will lose your points, go along with your own caution.

Well to begin with your first claim, that being the bacteria based claim.
Moronic claims.
Raw dairies in the U.S use PCR testing to identify the DNA of specific pathogens *you said e coli salmonella and listeria, so those are tested for in the cow* in just HOURS. Now, if a batch is verified via pcr to have ZERO PATHOGEN DNA, those bacterium will objectively NOT be present as molecular verification has been reached.

In additive, they can fully prevent contamination. The use of closed loop stainless steel piping and rapid chill cooling systems eliminate the human handling variables that caused the outbreak of contamination in the 20's.

To your second claim that the benefits that people claim of raw milk have not been proven but instead the infection risks have:

Raw milk is going to be a proactive immunological tool *respiratory health, allergy prevention, etc.*
Anyway, since you will not trust my word for it ill source.

1. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21875744/

-Raw milk consumption was inversely associated with asthma (OR 0.59) and hay fever (OR.51). Pasturized milk on the other hand showed zero protective effect.

2. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6413174/
-Early consumption of raw milk protected against rhinitis, otitis, and respiratory infections. It showed higher levels of Omega-3 PUFA's and BIOACTIVE WHEY PROTEINS!!!

3. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10715650/
-This study is showing the meta-analysis of 8 studies confirmed the protective effect of raw milk on asthma (OR 0.58) ANDDDDDD atopic sensitization!!!

Also, there is no infection risk with MODERN raw milk!!!!

To begin, there is relative risk. You are STATSTICALLY more likely to contract a foodborne illness from leafy greens than from retail raw milk! A systematic review also found that the risk of seve listeriosis was actually significantly higher for PASTERURIZED milk than for raw milk because of what? Because of pasteurization contamination in industrial plants where the "natural" protective competitive bacteria have been killed!!! (Raw milk also contans lactoperoxidase, lactoferrin, and immuogubulins that are the literal living components that actually inhibit pathogen growth!! Pasturiazation "sterilizes" the milk and it becomes a dead growth medium where ANY stray bacteria can thrive without any competition *this being the 3 bacteria you mentioned ironically*

not even with raw honey or egg yolk?
I mean I simply just said enjoy it raw.. doesn't mean you have to do it. Now, with raw honey or an egg yolk then yeah.. I actually recommend you drink it with raw honey for easier digestion (at first)

Congradulations on being wrong!!! it has a storage of 1 week. Should be MORE than enough time to consume it all in a relaxing and calm manner.
