You could try exfoliating your lips, the color is mainly temporary though. proxup's suggestion was kind of the best solution though. Technically any lip tint will work, but it feels kind of gay to use a lipstick wand or whatever it is.

The main concern you'd want to be aware of for any tints/even with the Vaseline a bit is it's possible it may transfer. Last thing you want to do is drink from a cup or something at a party and leave some kind of mark. Social suicide.

Hydrate yourself well, always use lipstick to prevent your lips from drying out, that's all I can say, the color of your lips is also a reflection of your diet, vitamin C helps with that

I'll be 100% transparent, I just go to FiveBelow or some dollar store and see what they have. I normally only wear stuff on my skin if I'm taking photos (like concealer when I have bad acne), so the 'quality' doesn't really ever matter to me. I've also never done lip stuff, but I'm sure they have some. Someone else will probably have better suggestions in regards of lip products for you.

close to the example I sent, and I'm black, I imagine it would look much better on you, unfortunately I was cursed with dead charcoal lips, but it managed to highlight my lips more
