I can't finish any game or tv series cause of adhd

I have finished only 1 series in my entire life and thats Game of Thrones, more then 20 series have been left cause for some reason they simply stopped being interesting to me and i got inpatient. Only game i finished is Witcher 3, over 30 unfinished games. Never finished a book in my life. It's over and i hate zoomers whò think they have adhd and its cool jfl

Nah it's adhd, the H od adhd was very apparent in elementary, i used to be a really dark triad and low inhib kid tbh, now it's mostly that and the attention stuff like very frequently forgetting stuff etc. Also things like discord, social mediaz forums make adhd worse jfl

Same tbh mines was somewhat manageable up until quarantine staying in the house all day fuck be so hard but I have add so it’s probably a little bit different but I took conserta until I was in the 8th grade I was dinosted when I was like 6 or 7 but it was manageable up until I started using social media and shit and this site
