I can’t force another language into my brain, it’s over

I just somehow “learnt” english when I was around 14-15 and that’s it. But I didn’t really learn it, I only remember wanting to understand big youtubers like pewdiepie and browsing the internet in english as a whole. So I kinda forced myself to understand it.
Because of this, I have no idea how to learn a new language. My brain simply refuses to remember new words and grammar. It’s over.

I don’t, it’s a simple and ugly language. I only speak it to understand stuff on the internet. If the internet’s universal language was my native one, I couldn’t care less about english.

The place I got hired requires english or german as a second language since they operate all over central/western europe. I thought management would appreciate me knowing german too besides english. As kind of a future proofing.
But I can’t fucking learn german for the life of me.
