How fucking evil is our god that he gave certain people a genes that makes their hair fall off. Sometimes even starting at age 17. What the fuck. I think it is proof of god, but a malicious one.

Something this horrific is not just random it MUST have been created by an evil god who likes to see people suffer. Seriously balding young is the of the worst fates I can ever imagine.

It's not a single gene. It's two genes: PAX1 and FOXA2

it's not really a gene per say that kicks in at a certain age
more so a higher sensitivity to testosterone and dht in the hair follicles which may be genetic

Real Causes of baldness:

>Chronically Elevated Cortisol Levels
>Chronically Elevated Estrogen Levels (there is a feedback loop between cortisol and estrogen where they both increase one another over time as well)
>Low Thyroid Function
>Liberation of Free Fatty Acids In The Blood, which stimulates Estrogen production
>Chronically Elevated Prolactin Levels
>Mucopolysaccharide accumulation in the scalp tissue (Matrix for Calcification)
>Drops in protective hormone levels like Progesterone, with the simultaneous increase in stress hormone levels like cortisol and estrogen (This ratio matters)
