Yk a year ago I couldn’t sleep and I was taking 10mg tablets but I wanted to fall asleep faster (rookie mistake) so I started bumping the dose each night and I got up to 120mg not larp this was real. But I stopped after that and now I have the raw anabolic sleep supplement with 3mg in it. But idk I feel like sometimes it makes it harder to fall asleep when I take it

Ya for melatonin the lower the dose the more effective it is. Try to get ur hands on a 1mg pack. It’ll knock u out quickly
