i cant function normally after learning about looksmaxxing

help, so as the title says, after i learned about looksmaxxing (i was very insecure and desperate to look better), i think im now too stuck into the rabbithole of it... i know every term (ex. psl, blackpill,bluepill, maxilla, recessed, etC) and more and ive watched those cringy psl "godess" videos with the cringy looksmaxxing music and now i cant function normally in public without trying to look good every second, and sometimes those cringy psl videos play in my head during random situtations and people just look at me oddly as if im schizophrenic.. even in school, and its making me look weird/unnormal....!

also after looksmaxxing i always notice peoples recessed chins/jawlines and i judge them subconciously for it almost making fun of them in my head even though i dont want to because of looksmaxxing people online who make fun of it and hate it... i think im too stuck in the rabbithole to ever get out of this... and the problem is looksmaxxing has worked for me to look better so if i leave it then ill be ugly again and my health will be worse since looksmaxxing has taught me a lot on human health (diet) and what not

anyone else going thru the same shit...? i cant even look at a boy normally now or talk to them without romanticising shit bc of looksmaxxing.. sad ik.. but some advice or comforting messages would be appreciated (im a girl btw)

Also stop making fun if ppl for their flaws. The more you search for flaws in others the easier you see your OWN flaws. And judging others only makes it harder to like yourself unless you’re genetically gandy level blessed
