Seriously probably due to excessive PE
I’ve lost some sensitivity
I mean I haven’t tried with Porn
But usually a few touches and glances at the mirror admiring myself was enough

Eat 2 cloves garlic/day (raw)
Drink kefir
Eat 1 Clove every other day
Eat lots of chili pepper (hot one)
Eat lots of onions
Eat spinaches and in general foods that either increase T or nitric oxide production
