Maybe instead of losing weight, you should lift little bit of weights and gain good muscle and fat. You could eat but also lift a bit and that would turn what you eat into muscle

You don't need to hit the gym immediately. Start very slow and very light. You could just get yourself a pair of dumbels and if you have some more money you could get yourself a simple bench. No need to go full schwarzeneger mode at the beggining. You could do this and it would work very soon:
