ive tried so many fuckin skincare products and they've cleared up most of it but just small ass fungal acne most on my forehead and cheeks and those random ass pimples are just ruining my face.

You have acne because you eat something wrong, not because you have skin problems

I don't take any chemicals and use only natural products, I have full hair and 0 acne

Remove bread, milk, sweets from your diet and you will most likely cure it

How much water do you drink per day? Maybe that's the problem, like 2 liters is the minimum, and if you also move a lot you need to drink about 4

Or maybe you're just starting to recover from acne and have started taking creatine

By the way, pimples on the cheeks can be due to some skincare products

easily manageable with normal skincare like moisturizing, sunscreen etc.
you can just hop off If these tiny side effects bother you & they go away

Just give it time to heal with a better diet, it doesn't go away that fast

Or if you want to take creatine then forget about the acne until you stop taking it, and then heal it

ive personally never done accutane, but ive heard many mixed reviews. some respond fairly well with minimal side effects and some say it ruins them. i assume youve tried retinol?
