Try eating something. It should slow down the absorption and calm down your stomach if you have an upset stomach. Some carbs in particular. Too much protein could stimulate your further.

Almonds are very good too. If you want to get really serious about it then you could make a chamomile tea with, honey, nutmeg and cardamon. But idk if you have all those ingredients at home rn.
