It's not like I'm starving myself but it's not just a small deficit, it's gotten to the point where anytime I stand up even if it's not super fast I often feel so dizzy I'm gonna fall or faint

Guess I was meant to be a fat fuck

Genuine advice, no funny.

This weekend, whenever you don’t have work or school. When you have time, do a water fast for 3 days (4 if you can). Layman’s explanation: Good for you, your body will eat fat and cancer cells blah blah blah. ONLY drink water. In 3 or 4 days you will look sucked in as fuck you’ll look great. When you break your fast, do it slowly with non-complex foods for your gut (carrots and soft boiled eggs).

Secondly, stop eating poison and processed food. The rule of thumb is the more steps and processes the food goes through before it gets in your belly, the worse it is (example: carrots -> out of ground -> into tummy. Cheez its -> squeezed in warehouse -> molded into gross -> burned then put in plastic, etc BAD).

Worry less about HOW MUCH and more about WHAT. Liver, carrots, and eggs are the healthiest things you can put in your body. Exercise MINIMUM three times a week, idc if its just push ups and jogging, start slow, just do it.

Yeah definitely make sure you are eating good food, dont cut and eat slop.
