Detox under medical supervision asap. I was also like that a few years ago (fortunately I hadn't become dependent yet, as I only drank moderately albeit daily). Drinking in moderation to unwind or ease social inhibitions is fine occasionally, but at this point, you're getting no benefits out of it anymore and have to keep drinking just to function normally. Alcohol dependence is a serious condition and can be life threatening
