Just ate a burger fuck it I can’t starve myself anymore . What’s the ideal diet for leanmaxxing ?? :hnghn:

Just eat whole foods man and no processed junk.

Fruit-Veggies-Lean whole protein sources (chicken,fish), whole carbs (rice, sweet potato, wholegrain bread)

Drink water, teas, throw out fizzy drinks and alcohol.

If you eat healthy whole foods and live healthily you will also look it.

No, it's close to drinking full sugar coke. You're better off drinking diet coke and consuming that shit if you must drink something sweet without the calories if you must. It's still bad as you're consuming lots of artificial flavourings and unnatural additives created in a factory but at least you wont consume the calories.

Gatorade is packed with empty calories as it's loaded with sugar.

My suggestion is move to diet coke then make the transition to substituting teas instead (green/peppermint/lemon water etc) with plenty of water throughout the day

Even diet coke is shit because its bloat your face. Just drink water and eat fruits. Oranges have a lot of potassium which is good if you want get rid of bloat from face.

I agree, but many people are hooked on these sugary shit drinks - If so moving to diet sugar free THEN switching to water and teas afterwards is a good way to slowly get yourself off a bad habit.

Chew no sugar gum, preferably mastic, and drink a lot of plain coffee (and water) no sugar, idk if that's objectively good advice but I dropped like 4-5% like this in 3months without changing diet, since it naturally cut my appetite (the combination of those 2)

this is what helps:
  • not taking drugs (especially those like THC which increase appetite)
  • drinking a lot of water
  • high fiber diet: wholegrain cereals, legumes, vegetables
  • abstaining from sugar, initially replace it with food containing sweetener instead of sugar (you may bake a cake with sucralose or maltitol)
  • abstaining from high fat food (no hamburgers, no sausages, no french fries, no salami, no fat cheese). Accetable dietary food includes seasoned cheese made with partially skimmed milk (such as parmesan), fresh cheese made with skimmed milk (german quark, icelandic skyr etc), skimmed greek yogurt.
  • scheduling a regular time to have meals
  • distract if you fell an urge to binge eat
  • having a regular sleep schefule
  • intake vitamin supplements if you do not reach vitamin daily requirement with your diet (multi prz by prozis.com is the best vitamin supplement on market)
  • for omega3 intake fish oil capsules or grinded flaxseed

Ideal is STRICT, EVERYDAY, LONG. Learn these 3 words by heart. :feelswhy:

Starving yourself is the worst thing you can do, people need to stop spreading this bullshit.

- 3 or 4 balanced meals per day, do not starve yourself because you’ll constantly be in the binge/starve cycle and go nowhere. You won’t WANT to binge when eating proper meals spread out through the day. Also much better for protein synthesis.
- 300 caloric deficit then adjust depending on weight loss. Use Myfitnesspal for food intake and online BMR calculator to see how many calories you need.
- Protein at 0.8 to 1 gram per lb of body weight.
- Carbs important for performance, fats important for hormones. Balance them both however you want but don’t neglect either.
- Supplement with zinc, magnesium, Vitamin D3 and fish oil.
- Caffeine for extra energy and appetite suppression.
- Heavy weight training regularly, hit muscles twice a week. Extra muscle = Higher metabolism.
- Regular walking for extra calorie burning.
- Optional: Get into sports, any of them.

Just fucking listen to this advice and thank me later.

1st meal - 2 (250g egg white) french toast 🍞:coffee:

2nd meal - 2 french toast 🍞:coffee:

3rd meal - pop corn
🍿🥤

4rth meal 100g chicekn salad 🥗🥤

5th meal pop-corn🍿🥤

6th meal 100 gchicekn sald🥗🥤

7th meal - 2 french toast🍞:coffee:

8th meal 2 french toast.🍞:coffee:

each french toast has 700ml of decaf coffee with it
each pop corn and chicken with 500ml of diet coke ( caffeine free).


~1800 calories + 200 condiments
200g carb
200g protein
~50g fat (use spray oil for pan)

I ate a burger when I leanmaxxed and cut weight.
It's not impossible. I occasionally even ate at McDonald's. You just need to count your calories for losing weight.
It's not the healthiest way to do it, but for JUST LOSING WEIGHT in itself, you really just need to count calories. That's it.
