I'm not actually doing anything when I'm on them but the alternative is binge drinking, dissociation, or being manically depressed (these often cluster in my day to day existence). I need to kill or rape something. Flaneuring while listening to my Bladee playlist is getting old.

Feel u, I experience something similar. The binge eating is dopamine seeking and something that feels ”safe” which is why you do it. I would bet you are under-stimulated and not in your right environment. Reflect some and the answers on life changes will come, think of habits and your surroundings. What can change
