I cant lose weight

Im currently 15 i take rad-140,hgh+aromasin and eat 1500 calories and its almost only protein,the thing is my weight is stuck at 73 kg and doesnt move at all,any tips?

give it another 6 days, you could be gaining fat you lose in muscle mass tbh

There is scientifically only one way to lose weight. That is to burn more calories than you intake. It's simple thermodynamics. If you aren't losing weight then, you simply are not in a deficit. Get up and go for a jog. Water is 0 calories btw, start drinking.... 1L by every meal

im 72.2 kg now so i lost 800 g,i drink a lot of water a day
