my nose is stuffed 24/7 which causes me to breathe out of my mouth mostly and i feel that this is gonna descend me over time. any fixes? allergy medicine barely fucking works.

i’m outside all the time too and i take vitamin d supplement so that’s def not the reason

Could just be u have a deviated septum, idk if thats what its called exactly but like there might just be too much cartilage in ur nose that blocks the breathing, maybe look into getting a septoplasty

Jfl being outside literally causes it because we are exposed to all of our allergens. I have heard that allergy shots can help so I might start those.
