Yeah drink 1 in the morning and 1 after lunch, maybe 1 more at around 3pm if youre feeling tired but no more and no later than that

Also if youre like being awake until dawn then sleep til noon or afternoon (i used to have a shitty sleep schedule like that bc I did night classes in uni then started working home office so I didnt need to wake up in the morning) a fix you can do is to force yourself to awake up 1h earlier than you usually do

Like if you wake up 2 pm try waking up at noon, then 11 am, then 10 am and so on until ur waking at a desired time - that will make you sleepy in a healthier time at night and make it easier for u to get better sleep
