I feel like I'm gonna choke or gag I can only swallow them when I'm eating some solid form of food together and chewing on them its so weird and annoying how do I fix this

istg bitches be deepthroating dick and I can't swallow a pill

whenever I pop one only with water I can never make it go down my cortisol spikes and I get a fight or flight response JFL

iirc chewing on them and splitting the capsule open reduces the bioavailability as well so I'm fucking myself up

Just practice for 2 minutes. I used to be like you, I thought it was impossible for me

Me before looksmax. I had to swallow and bump so many shit that now its like nothing.

I dont know but maybe

jaw or maxilla causes that? I got MSE expander 3 years ago
I think jaw. If it‘s an actual nuisance and functionality problem insurance may the cover the treatment for it.
I have the same problem + breathing issues and insurance will most likely pay for my bimax.

I have decent jawline and no breathing problem and I have problem swallowing.

A weak jaw is not the only cause.
A swollen or enlargened palate, throat or tonsils may also cause that.

I HAVE reddish tonsil.. The doctor said that thing is not normal.

Which scans or exams do I need to check to see if my jaw is recessed then? I have a deviated septum and some breathing problems as well. Maybe sleep apnea though I'm not sure

Maybe your allergic to something you regularly eat or you might have tonsillitis.

I got an MSE expander 3 years ago cause my palate was small and wouldn't accommodate all my teeth

do you think that contributes to it? although iirc I had the same swallowing issues before I got MSE

Go to a otorhinolaryngologist or maxillofacial surgeon in you area.

I have sometimes tonsil stones but it has not gotten worse.
If you get I regularly then you might have to get your tonsils removed.
But I usually would not advise you to do that.

They dont bother me as much as they did before. So that is good. The problem gets worse if I eat a lot of food.

Probably not then.
Unlike for MSE to bring such side effects

Yea basically.
Just tell them you have functional issues.
