i feel as if my eyes are too visible from the side but i think my upper face is pretty good

i have a light level 3 malocclusion and i might be able to get maxilla and mandible surgery for it
would this affect my ability to get infraorbital and malar implants

no, can be done in the same surgery, it's a common practice, just make sure they are custom implants in medical titanium or PEEK and not silicone

maxilla and mandible surgery come free from my healthcare
they’re doing it purely for my bite and comfort
so i’ll have to do them separately, still okay?

another question, i’m only 18, my bones have changed lots since last summer, even if some aren’t as developed, they’re much more visible and prominent than before. do u think i can fix some of this and should wait till 21-23ish just in case

idk about ur lower third but the upper looks really similar to me
