I can run 12 km easily

Getting tired from exercise is completely normal.
It's how you deal with that tiredness, the pain, that creates your 'endurance'. You can keep going on through the pain you know. It's not going to kill you.

When I was doing competitive rowing in university 3 years ago, it wasn't uncommon to see guys pass-out while rowing on those machines.

Finding the limits of your physical body, not just the limits of your mind. (oh this hurts, is uncomfortable, lets stop.)

There's a difference between casual biking and doing cardio exercise to improve cardiovascular fitness. If you simply bike casually without getting tired, it may not significantly enhance your cardiovascular health. To improve your cardio fitness, you should aim to push yourself to a level where your heart rate increases and you experience elevated breathing. This means engaging in more intense biking sessions that make you work harder and potentially get tired.

cortisol, doesn't aid in muscle building, most taxing on the tendons out of any exercise you could do, and ages you. rowing, cycling, and swimming mog hard for conditioning

i ran a marathon before
Was talking about op

If you're fast twitch dominant just do HIIT

make sure you have no family history of heart problems

What about jump rope I do it 30-40 mins

I ran to the store for like 20 minutes today because I realized I wanted a chocolate bar and the store was about to close. It was so easy and put me in a better mood. I need to get back into regular running!

Still haven't had the chocolate bar btw. I'mma have it with some nuts and coffee before I workout!
