I have a degree so could apply for graduate jobs or any jobs requiring generic degrees, but I'd rather just stay in security or some other field that is less academic

Nah, most corporate low level jobs are actually piss easy. I'd say that I only work maybe 2-3 hours a day, rest of the time I'm chilling doing other shit.

As I said the butcher job is temporary to achieve financial freedom. I will then go to uni and get a 9-5 office job afterwards.
