I can’t sleep because there is voices in my head

Every time i try to sleep i hear voices and stomping noises in my head and yelling (everybody is sleeping nobody is up or moving) and I see flashing red lights (I disconnected everything in my room so I know it can’t be any electronics and also blinds are closed ) NIGGA I CANT FUCJING SLEEP I GET LIKE 6-7 HOURS OF SLEEP EVEY DAY
